If you do not receive tracking or delivery exceeds 9 business days after confirmation, contact us promptly.


📦 Delivery & Redelivery

• Most deliveries do not require a signature
• Packages may be left at your door if you are unavailable
• Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times

If missed twice, the package must be picked up from the courier station before being returned to the warehouse.


📮 Shipping Address Requirements

We only ship to verified physical addresses.

We do not deliver to:

• PO Boxes

A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Write “Package Damaged” when signing

  2. Email us immediately after delivery

  3. Keep all boxes and packaging materials

Failure to retain packaging may void the damage claim.

Homivas is not directly liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Claims must be processed through the courier before replacements or parts are issued.

Local pickup may be available.

After payment, you will receive an email with pickup details and invoice instructions. Please contact us to arrange scheduling.


⏰ On-Time Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you may qualify for a CA$5 voucher for your next purchase.

Eligibility Conditions

• Each order qualifies once
• Delivery date is based on courier tracking confirmation
• A delivery attempt counts as on-time fulfillment

Exclusions

Not valid if delays occur due to:

• Incorrect shipping address
