We currently ship across Canada except for the following regions and postal codes:

Northern Territories:
Yukon (YT)
Northwest Territories (NT)
Nunavut (NU)

Restricted Postal Codes:

(Some additional rural areas may also be excluded.)

Orders to Northern Territories may:

• Require 6–12+ business days for delivery
• Include remote-area surcharges
• Be limited to select products only

We offer free shipping across Canada except for Northern Territories and restricted remote regions where additional fees may apply.

📍 Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details within 24 hours after shipment via email.

If you do not receive tracking or delivery exceeds 9 business days after confirmation, contact us promptly.


📦 Delivery & Redelivery

• Most deliveries do not require a signature
• Packages may be left at your door if you are unavailable
• Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times

If missed twice, the package must be picked up from the courier station before being returned to the warehouse.


📮 Shipping Address Requirements

We only ship to verified physical addresses.

We do not deliver to:

• PO Boxes

A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Write “Package Damaged” when signing

  2. Email us immediately after delivery

  3. Keep all boxes and packaging materials

Failure to retain packaging may void the damage claim.

Homivas is not directly liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Claims must be processed through the courier before replacements or parts are issued.


🏬 Pickup Option

Local pickup may be available.

After payment, you will receive an email with pickup details and invoice instructions. Please contact us to arrange scheduling.


⏰ On-Time Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you may qualify for a CA$5 voucher for your next purchase.

Eligibility Conditions

• Applies to registered customer orders only
• Each order qualifies once
• Delivery date is based on courier tracking confirmation
• A delivery attempt counts as on-time fulfillment

Exclusions

Not valid if delays occur due to:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Wholesale or guest orders
• Voluntary returns/exchanges
• Force majeure events (weather, disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, government actions, etc.)
