Homivas AI (“Homivas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools that help businesses create advertising content, including AI-generated text, images, and videos, and manage supported marketing activities.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, store, disclose, and delete information when you visit homivas.com, create an account, use our services, connect supported third-party accounts, or contact us.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, profile information, workspace membership, and account role. When you register using a password, our authentication system processes the credentials needed to secure your account.
- Business and workspace information: Business names, websites, brand details, logos, service descriptions, preferences, and other information you provide to configure your workspace.
- Content you provide or create: Prompts, uploaded images, videos, text, advertising assets, generated content, and related project information.
- Marketing and customer information: When you use features that process customer or campaign data, we process the contact details, consent records, campaign settings, delivery information, and results you provide or authorize us to receive.
- Subscription and transaction information: Your selected plan, billing status, transaction references, and information needed to administer payments. Payment providers process payment details according to their own privacy policies.
- Technical and usage information: IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, pages or features used, and diagnostic or security logs generated when you access the service.
- Support communications: Information you include in support requests, feedback, and other communications with us.
2. Google account information and permissions
If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive basic account information made available through the permissions you authorize. This includes your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture.
We use this information to create or identify your Homivas account, authenticate you, display your profile, and provide account-related communications. Google handles your Google password; Homivas does not receive or store it.
Signing in with Google does not by itself give Homivas access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, YouTube account, or Google Ads account.
We store the Google account information needed to maintain your Homivas account in our account and authentication systems. Authentication credentials and session information are used to establish and maintain authorized access to the service.
We do not sell Google account information or use information obtained through Google Sign-In to build advertising audiences, personalize advertisements, or target you or other individuals with advertising.
3. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and manage workspace access and permissions.
- Process your instructions and generate, edit, render, store, and deliver advertising content.
- Carry out publishing, campaign, or messaging actions that you authorize through supported features.
- Administer subscriptions, payments, and account records.
- Provide customer support and communicate about your account, service changes, and security issues.
- Diagnose errors, maintain service reliability, and improve the usability of our features.
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, protect accounts, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. AI processing and generated content
When you use an AI feature, we process the prompts, text, images, videos, and other content needed to complete your request. Relevant content may be transmitted to third-party AI and media-processing providers that support the feature. These providers process that content to generate or transform the output you request.
Do not include personal or confidential information in a prompt or upload unless it is necessary for your intended use and you have authority to provide it.
Google account information obtained for sign-in is not provided to AI services for content generation. We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5. How we share information
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
- Service providers: Providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, AI generation, media rendering, communications, and technical support. Relevant information is shared to perform the applicable service.
- Your workspace: Workspace administrators and authorized members, according to their roles and the access permissions associated with your workspace.
- Destinations you authorize: Supported publishing, advertising, or messaging platforms when you instruct us to send content or perform an action. Content you publish may become public or subject to the destination platform's privacy practices.
- Legal and security recipients: Where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and security of users and the service.
- Business successors: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy obligations and the additional restrictions on Google user data below.
We do not sell personal information. Google sign-in data is not shared with advertising platforms or data brokers. Where Google data is processed by an infrastructure or authentication provider, that processing is limited to supporting the relevant account or service functionality.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our handling of information received through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
For Google user data subject to Limited Use requirements, we limit processing to providing or improving the user-facing features for which access was authorized. We do not use this data for advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness assessments, or lending decisions. These restrictions also apply to information derived from that data.
Transfers of this data are limited to permitted purposes: providing or improving authorized user-facing features with your consent, security needs, legal obligations, or a business transfer with your explicit prior consent.
Human access to this data is restricted to circumstances permitted by Google's policy, such as your affirmative agreement to access specific data, necessary security investigations, legal compliance, or permitted internal operations using aggregated data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, remember preferences, and support security and service functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or affect other features.
8. Customer information and messaging
When a business uses Homivas to process its customers' information, we process that information to provide the requested service. The business is responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use the information and for providing required notices and obtaining required messaging consent.
Messaging features use recorded consent and opt-out information to support authorized communications. Suppression records may be retained where necessary to respect an opt-out and prevent further messages.
If you are a customer of a business using Homivas, contact that business about its use of your information. You may also contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate route for a privacy request.
9. Storage and security
Information is stored in systems used by Homivas and its service providers. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authenticated workspace access, and secure transmission.
Access to nonpublic information is limited to authorized personnel and providers who need it for their duties. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Retention
We retain account information, including Google sign-in information, while it is needed to maintain your account and provide the service. Content and project information are retained as needed to support your workspace and requested features.
Retention also depends on the type of information, your deletion requests, security needs, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable.
Where deletion is requested, limited records may remain when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, or resolving disputes. Backup copies may remain until they are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle and are not used for ordinary operations.
11. Disconnecting Google and requesting deletion
You can review and revoke Homivas's access to your Google account through your Google Account connections settings.
Revoking access prevents future access under that authorization, but does not automatically delete information already stored in your Homivas account. It may also affect your ability to sign in using Google.
To request deletion of your Homivas account, stored Google account information, uploaded content, or other personal information, use our contact support page. Identify the email address associated with your account and describe what you want deleted. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
We may verify your identity before acting on a request. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any information that must be retained and why. Deleting information from Homivas does not delete content already published to another platform; you may need to remove it there as well.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Submit requests through our contact support page. Where information is managed on behalf of a business customer, we may refer the request to that business or assist it in responding.
13. International processing
Homivas and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the safeguards required for those transfers.
14. Children's privacy
Homivas is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
Before using Google user data for a new purpose beyond the authorization and disclosures originally provided, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain any required consent.
