Terms of Service

1. The service

Homivas provides software to create advertising and social content, schedule and publish it to accounts you connect, assist with advertising campaigns on accounts you own, and track inquiries. Features that depend on third-party providers are available only when those providers are configured and available.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Workspace owners control members, roles and automation settings.

3. Your content and claims

You own your content. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of offers, prices, licenses and other claims you approve, and for having the rights to media you upload (including consent from people shown). Synthetic or AI-generated visuals and presenters must not be represented as real customers, real completed jobs or real endorsements.

4. Advertising accounts and spend

You own and fund your advertising accounts. Homivas does not guarantee results, rankings, delivery or spending precision on third-party networks. Bounded execution applies only the actions and limits you configure; ad networks may deliver and bill according to their own rules.

5. Messaging

You may only message contacts who have given the required consent, and you must honor opt-outs. Homivas enforces suppression but you remain responsible for compliance with applicable law.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits are granted per billing period as described on the pricing page; unused credits roll over for one cycle. Credits have no cash value. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Creem.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing content; no attempts to access other workspaces, overload the service or bypass limits.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes in the product or by email.
